DELIVERY
P&P for UK delivery by Royal Mail is charged as follows:
Orders up to £20 - £2.50
Orders from £20 to £125 - £4.75
Orders over £125 - Free Delivery

Loose paper prints, greetings cards, and home and giftware orders are usually dispatched within 5 working days via Royal Mail's first class postal service (Royal Mail Airmail for international orders). Please allow 2-3 working days from dispatch for UK delivery. International delivery schedules may vary.

Please allow up to 15 working days for dispatch of mounted prints, framed canvas board prints and original pieces.

PAYMENT
Rayford accepts secure payment through PayPal. You can securely pay with all major credit and debit cards, and payment is to be made in GBP. You are not required to have a PayPal account to place an order. You can find more information about PayPal's own terms and conditions at www.paypal.com

CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your order for any reason at any time prior to shipment (you will be notified when your purchase has been shipped).

Where payment has already been taken, a full refund will be issued. Once your order ships it will be subject to the returns policy.

REFUND / RETURNS POLICY
While we sincerely hope that you will be delighted with your purchase, if for any reason this is not the case then please return the item within seven days of delivery for a refund.

Returns must be in original condition and packaging. The purchase price of products returned in original condition will be refunded via the same method of payment as selected on your order. Postage and packaging charges will not be refunded, except in the instance of items being faulty or damaged upon receipt.

Before returning any goods please email shop@rayford.co.uk to notify us of your intention to do so, and a refund will be processed once the returned goods are received on good condition.

Upholding a positive customer relationship is very important to us and we will aim to address all customer enquiries within 5 working days. By placing your order, you agree to all the policies, terms and conditions published throughout this website. Your statutory rights are not affected.
